This scholarship is available to undergraduate students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program from an institution of higher education. Candidates must be in a civil engineering or construction management program. Students with an interest in concrete structural design or construction are preferred. Preference will be given to candidates attending an accredited institution in Colorado or Wyoming and that are active student members of Rocky Mountain Chapter – ACI. Students that belong to an ACI student chapter and are in good standing with an accredited institution in the United States will also be considered. A paid summer internship in the Denver Metro area is offered, but is not mandatory.

Awarded to an undergraduate student during their award term who is in a degree program that covers concrete construction, design, education, or materials, and that demonstrates an interest in durability.
This scholarship is for students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program from an institution of higher education. The undergraduate study program shall be in the area of concrete with an emphasis on structural design, materials, or construction. Approximately half of your essay must describe your personal activities to promote sustainability in your community. Essays that do not describe your sustainability activities are not considered. No internship is required.
This award is open to any student who has completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institute. The applicant must have possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program. At the time of acceptance of this award (but not necessarily at the time of application) the applicant must have been accepted for graduate study. The graduate program MUST be in concrete research or concrete construction at an accredited university in ONTARIO (Toronto, Royal Military College, Laurentian, Lakehead, McMaster, Ryerson, Western, Guelph, Queens or Waterloo) which offers a graduate program in concrete design or construction. Must be a full-time graduate student during the entire scholarship award term
Dr. Corley was recognized as an industry leader among those in the structural engineering community for several decades. This scholarship will be awarded to graduate students in the field of concrete with an interest in forensic engineering and the behavior and design of concrete structures.
