The Wells Mountain Foundation, through the Empowerment Through Education (ETE) program, provides undergraduate scholarships to developing country nationals to study in their home country or a neighboring country.
The Foundation believes in the power and importance of community service; therefore, all scholarship participants are required to volunteer for a minimum of 100 hours a year.

Awards are available to graduate students for all disciplines of academic study at participating schools in Ontario.
Each award is jointly funded by the Province of Ontario (two thirds) and the school offering the award (one third)..As a pre-requisite to applying, students must accept an offer from a university in Ontario and obtain a valid study permit
The scholarship amount is $5,000 per session. So, you may receive $10,000 (two consecutive sessions); $15,000 (three consecutive sessions). In all, the unit will limit itself to one-third of the cost of the total award to be received by you

Most importantly, grant recipients will be required to present a policy paper based on conference proceedings to SICI as part of grant requirements. This policy paper will be shared with relevant stakeholders in order to assist them in making future decisions in the domain of inquiry.
