With a view to promoting the human resource development and capacity building of developing
countries and to enhancing international exchanges in the field of education, culture,
communication, science and technology and the friendship among peoples of the world, the
Government of the People’s Republic of China has placed at the disposal of UNESCO for the
academic year 2024-2025, under the co-sponsorship with UNESCO, seventy-five (75)
fellowships for advanced studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These fellowships
will be open to candidates from 135 developing Member States in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin
America, Europe and Arab region.
The Early Career Scholarship Award is an initiative by the International Test Commission (ITC) to recognize and support promising young scholars in the field of psychological and educational assessment from developing and emerging economies. This award is specially designed to facilitate the participation of the laureates in the biennial ITC conference. In addition to participating in the ITC conference, scholars must engage in promoting the ITC in their home countries. This award serves as a gateway for young academics to expand their networks, enhance their skills, and make significant contributions to the field of psychological and educational assessment in a global context.
The driving principle behind the Hirschmann Foundation is the promotion of education and training. On that basis it makes one-off grants available to students pursuing a consecutive master’s degree at a Swiss university of applied sciences. These grants are to support collaborative inter-university cutting-edge research for students with top academic credentials studying towards an engineering degree (with engineering understood as to include environmental engineering and involving the use of scientific principles for the design, construction or production of physical or virtual structures or systems to implement an application*), or towards a degree in all medieval disciplines, as well as towards a degree in digital humanities at the intersection of medieval disciplines and computer or data science.

This scholarship is available to international Masters and PhD applicants in any subject. It is tenable at any College.
The Williams Papworth Studentship provides full or partial support for students from the Tibetan Plateau or surrounding countries or regions. The studentship seeks to support students committed to the practical application of knowledge and/or the development of ideas. The potential of the applicant to make a significant, positive and forward-looking contribution to his/her own community and the wider world is overall more important than the subject of study, ethnicity or religious affiliation. Past students have studied Criminology, Veterinary Science, Business, Conservation Leadership, Business, Linguistics and Education. Applications from those wishing to study other academic disciples are also welcome although preference will not normally be given to those wishing to study Social Anthropology. The studentship is tenable at any College.
St John’s College therefore proposes to award a Louis Cha Scholarship to enable a student to undertake research in the University of Cambridge in the literature, history, and culture of early and dynastic China (pre-1912). The successful applicant will be selected from those who have obtained a place at St John’s College Cambridge to read for the MPhil or PhD degree in a relevant subject.
