The INSEAD Alumni Fund was created in 1977 and it raises funds from alumni for INSEAD’s development. One area of alumni support is for scholarships to underwrite the breadth of diversity of participants on the programme: country of origin, academic and professional background, gender etc. The IAF Diversity scholarships support INSEAD’s commitment to bringing outstanding men and women professionals from emerging/developing countries to the MBA programme, especially those who may have difficulty affording it. A major source of funding for the IAF Diversity Scholarships is from Class Reunion Gifts made to the School when classes return to campus every five years. The recipients of IAF Diversity Scholarships may expect alumni to actively encourage them to make their own contribution to the Alumni Fund in the future.
Christina Law MBA‘91D generously established this endowed scholarship with the aim to provide meritorious women from Asian countries access to the INSEAD MBA Programme. The scholarship supports INSEAD’s commitment to provide outstanding women professionals with a world-class MBA degree, especially those who require financial assistance. The grant will allow one scholar (doctoral or early-postdoctoral candidate) to spend a period of three to six months abroad pursuing research in his/her chosen field with a monthly stipend of 2,500 Swiss francs. In addition, the recipient may make use of an additional subsidy of 3,000 Swiss francs toward the cost of publication of his/her doctoral thesis or postdoctoral research on condition that the printed publication indicates the foundation support as follows: «published with the support of the Zeno Karl Schindler Foundation»
The Mariwala Trust supports postgraduate studies in various disciplines. Awards up to Rs. 50,000 interest free. Application forms must be requested before 1st March of the year of award and completed forms must reach by 30th April of the year of award.
