The Bridge Programme (a suite of bite-sized, online learning modules) offers an opportunity for all future solicitors and barristers to develop the career-ready skills that law firms and chambers look for in graduates. As well as being free, students who complete at least half of the “Bridge programme” have the chance of being awarded a scholarship, which works as a fee reduction against the cost of BPP’s Law Conversion Course (formerly the GDL), the Legal Practice Course (LPC), Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) preparation courses, or the Barrister Training Course (BTC). Our University’s partnership with BPP for this programme means one £5,000 scholarship is guaranteed and up to three more scholarships (worth £2,000 each) may be awarded. This programmme is open to all students.
To receive the award, applicants must have paid the required deposit by the date outlined in their offer letter and must have successfully enrolled on the intake applied for.
