We are pleased to offer 30 Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarship awards for outstanding applicants who apply for full-time undergraduate study at Newcastle University.
Applicants must have a place at Queen Mary University of London. The scholarships are available for existing students at all levels as well as students who have places to study.
Norman Palmer was the academic principal of the Institute of Art and Law, under the auspices of which he provided countless hours of instruction to hundreds of students. His wisdom and intellectual curiosity produced a number of leading publications, including Palmer on Bailment, Art Loans and Museums and the Holocaust, as well as dozens of articles in the area of art and cultural property law.
