We are committed to enable outstanding men and women professionals advance in their careers with a world-class MBA at INSEAD. The INSEAD Kalipatnapu Scholarship for Indian Students was created with the generous support of the Kalipatnapu Foundation. It has been established to enable financially challenged MBA candidates from India to pursue an MBA at INSEAD. The scholarship helps to attract the best talent from India while at the same time maintaining the exceptional diversity that is the hallmark of the school. The award will support candidates who demonstrate justified financial need.
When they graduated in 2003, the MBA’03D class decided to raise funds annually for scholarships. Several awards were made in the first years after graduation and at their 5 year reunion all their fundraising efforts were redirected towards creating an endowed scholarship in the name of the class. One award is now granted each year to a candidate whose background, work experience and personal profile will bring a unique diversity to INSEAD and who would not otherwise be able to attend INSEAD. Candidates requiring financial assistance are considered.
On the occasion of their 20th Class Reunion, the Class of ’87J created a fund for a Special Profile Scholarship for World Development. The award will be made once a year to a candidate whose background, work experience and personal profile will bring an additional and unique diversity to INSEAD and in the future to their own communities as INSEAD alumni. Such special profiles can be candidates from socially, economically and/or politically challenged countries; a commitment to the not-for-profit sector; career in technological innovation that improves the environment. Candidates from emerging countries requiring financial assistance will also be considered.

The award will be made once a year to a candidate whose background, work experience and personal profile will bring a unique diversity to INSEAD. The ’89D class wishes to support well-qualified individuals who would not otherwise be able to attend INSEAD and thereby empower them through the INSEAD experience. Candidates requiring financial assistance will be considered.

For our 30th reunion, the MBA ’92J Class expanded the scholarship to honour the memory of our late friend and classmate, Mary Kwan. The scholarship will help underwrite the breadth of diversity of participants in the INSEAD MBA programme, irrespective of the country of origin, academic or professional background, gender or any other consideration, other than excellence and integrity of character of the future scholarship recipient.
