As someone who cares deeply about education, Neeraj Mandhana has been guiding high school students toward meaningful career planning and college admissions since 2010. Every year, he travels around the world to visit leading colleges and educational conferences.
In 2011, Neeraj became the first Indian counselor to attend the prestigious Harvard Summer Institute on College Admissions. Along with his father, Shree Naveen Mandhana, he established The Next Genius Foundation in 2014. In 2022, with a group of fellow counselors, he established All India Independent Education Consultants, an association that aims to professionalize the IEC trade in India. In 2023, he founded Aiyyo, a free monthly newsletter for counseling professionals in India.
